By accessing Goodness Guestbook you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization (legal review).
The service
We provide hosted software for operators, venues, and participants to manage retreats, events, courses, rosters, payments, and related communications. Features vary by role and subscription (legal review: commercial terms, SLAs).
Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access (security contact — legal review).
Operator & venue content
Operators and venues control retreat content, roster data, and marketing to their own lists. You must have lawful grounds to collect and process participant data and to send marketing messages (legal review: controller/processor roles, DPA).
Payments
Paid registrations may be processed via Stripe Connect. Refund and chargeback rules follow your event policies and applicable law (legal review).
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, harass users, or violate others' rights. We may suspend accounts for violations.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers require counsel review for enforceability in your markets.
